Acupuncture
ACCUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is a medical system that originated in China over 3,000 years ago. It is a technique for balancing energy by inserting needles along specific pathways in the body. Its use is becoming increasingly popular due to its clinical effectiveness without the use of pharmaceuticals. Modern research shows that acupuncture works by affecting neurotransmitter, endorphin levels, blood circulation, and the immune system.
Herbal Therapy
HERBAL THERAPY
Meredith uses herbs as a fundamental therapy for many acute and chronic conditions. She makes custom formulas for patients based on their health history and current symptoms. Prescriptions are filled at FDA approved herbal pharmacies based in the U.S. and shipped directly to the patient.
Cupping

Cupping therapy utilizes glass or plastic cups to create suction in an area of pain, usually the back or shoulders. The suction increases blood flow, loosens connective tissue, and breaks up stagnation resulting in improved circulation and pain reduction.
GUA SHA
